PVC folding process
At the location where the PVC board needs to be folded, a semi-transparent groove is cut using a grooving machine. Then, the board is manually bent 90° along the groove, and finally, it is secured with structural adhesive. This completely solves the problem of traditional PVC boards having "patterns on the front and exposed white edges on the sides," making the sides and front the same color, appearing as a single piece, instantly elevating the overall look. It is commonly used for 3D lettering supports in cultural walls, frameless display panels, and side enclosures for display stands.
PVC side spraying process
When PVC panels are irregularly shaped and cannot be folded or edge-sealed, the sides can be painted directly to ensure the side color matches the front. This is suitable for irregular shapes and looks harmonious from any angle, avoiding a situation where the front looks good but the sides are rough. It is commonly used for irregularly shaped cultural walls, cartoon character standees in shopping malls, and irregularly shaped sign-in boards for events.
PVC metal edge banding process
A groove is cut into the back of the PVC board using a CNC engraving machine. The snap-on metal edge banding strip is then inserted into the groove, and finally, a small amount of structural adhesive is applied to the inside of the edge banding strip for fixation. The metal edge banding strip is relatively rigid, making it less prone to damage during handling. It has smooth edges, a good feel, and a high-quality appearance after banding. Suitable for corporate culture wall panels, exhibition hall panels, and product display racks in shopping malls.
Cutting and carving techniques
PVC board irregular cutting process
The "Cut Any Shape" feature uses a CNC engraving machine to cut PVC boards into any shape (such as human figures, circles, brand logos, and irregular geometric shapes) based on a pre-designed vector graphic. After cutting, the edges are sanded to remove burrs. This breaks free from the limitations of conventional shapes. For example, it can be used to create brand standees by directly cutting out the silhouette of the spokesperson; or to create event display stands by cutting out themed, uniquely shaped pieces that are more eye-catching than ordinary squares. The curved surface shaping tool involves making regular cuts on the back of PVC sheets (i.e., "flower cutting"), allowing the originally inflexible material to be flexibly bent along specific curves to fit various curved shapes. PVC sheets treated with a flower cutting tool adhere tightly to the substrate, avoiding gaps, bulges, or breakage. Traditional PVC sheets are hard and brittle, making them unsuitable for curved shapes. Flower cutting allows for flexible fitting to various curved surfaces, such as bending PVC sheets into cylindrical edging, curved feature walls, curved display case sides, and even creating "wave-shaped" decorative designs. Common applications include cylindrical edging in schools/companies, curved background walls in exhibition halls, curved display case cladding in shopping malls, and wave-shaped decorative walls for events.
